"Continuous Hoop Insert Molding" is a high-precision advanced technology developed by Fuji Seiko Co., Ltd., which completes the entire process inline from metal material → primary molding → cutting/bending → secondary molding → product cutting, and even inspection. By utilizing double hoop molding, it is possible to arbitrarily combine different colors/types of resins, enabling unmanned production of multi-color and multi-resin molding that has never been possible before.
